The phone was mint, as advertised. It looks absolutely brand new. Have been using it for a few weeks now and it's working flawlessly. The seller shipped overnight and was very responsive to my questions. Could not be happier with this seller and with my new phone.

I am "old school" and it's always hard for me to get used to a new phone. But I'm sure with time I will start to love my iphone 11 as I have past iphones. I still miss the Home button, though! The phone works great and I'm happy that Swappa made a quality phone available at a reasonable price!
