Swappa invoice
Hello, if I purchase phone from an enterprise seller(where comments are turned off), will I receive an invoice for the purchase? and will the IMEI/serial number of the phone be included on the invoice?

With all purchases on Swappa, an DOWNLOAD INVOICE button is provided on the private sale page. Included on this invoice and available on the private sale as well is the IMEI or serial number (for non cellular devices) of the device.

Unfortunately, this this is not correct information. I just purchased a phone and the IMEI was not listed on the invoice. I am now waiting and hoping that the seller provides the IMEI prior to shipping. Buyer beware! :-/

Can a Swappa Staff reply to the last comment? I find it to be important to me. Other than that, I have had important questions to ask the sellers which I can't because the comments section is off. Like " is the phone factory or carrier unlocked"? Because I really want to avoid additional bloat ware.
