Return Label Creation
Hello, I shipped a brand new in box iPhone to a user who states it will not turn on. Now I'm being told I need to provide the return shipping label to the buyer. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to create one through USPS. Any tips or guides?
I believe you have to order the return label when you purchase the original shipping label. It’s like $1.50. I had the same problem and had to purchase a new label for my customer.
