Wondering about warranty on used phone

If there is a warranty on a phone you purchase through Swappa, it must be specifically stated in the listing. If it doesn't state anything regarding a warranty, then it does not have it. Some phones, like iPhone, can potentially have AppleCare+. However, the seller would need to specifically state it in the listing as well. All devices must arrive in the description that the seller stated in the item listing, and if they do not- the seller must either offer a solution or you can send the device back for a refund. All purchases are backed by PayPal- so if you need to submit a PayPal dispute (for example, if the seller doesn't reply to your messages or claims the device is working if you claim it isn't) they will hold their money until a resolution is reached. I have had to go through PayPal dispute 3 times in a matter of 5 years of buying/selling on Swappa- so it's very few and far in between. I won every PayPal dispute as well. Hope this helped!
