Is anyone else having PayPal issues?

Hi everyone! I just finished a short conversation with PayPal support. I've been trying to purchase a phone on here, but my PayPal wallet isn't connecting. I'm getting the "please go back to the merchant and choose another payment option" cue.

PayPal says that: "We are currently doing a system upgrade to provide better services in the future, and this is one of the feature/functionalities that is being affected. Rest assured that our top-of-the-line engineers are currently working to resolve this as soon as possible. I have added your account as one of the affected customers and we will let you know as soon as it is fixed.

There could be a variety of factors on why a payment may not go through, however, the end point is to prevent future concerns such as a dispute, claim or chargeback report that may impact your account and incur loss.

This is also to make sure that we are able to cover you with our PayPal Purchase Protection on eligible transactions.

For now, please try a different payment method or if it is urgent, make the payment outside of PayPal for the meantime to avoid any potential delays with your purchase. Your consideration and understanding are highly appreciated."

However, I'm not sure if anyone else is also having this issue; just wanted to confirm that I'm not alone here on Swappa. Being unable to access the PayPal option (I was going to pay mostly with my PayPal balance) is a letdown.
