Where do I get communications from an interested buyer? How do I verify if my item is posted for sale?
Hello,
All communication on Swappa are done through the comments section of your listing. This section is open once the device is approved by the Moderation team. When you device is approved, you will receive an email that is is listed for sale and the URL link to get to it and view it. If it is not approved within 2 hours at most, likely due to a busy listing day by sellers, then please see your email from the Moderation team on what info or photos they would need more of.
