If I sold iPhone and ship to buyer by Fedex, who is liable if they don't acknowledge receipt?
If I sold someone an iPhone, and I shipped it to them by Fedex Saver, how does liability work?
If the package says "delivered" by Fedex (with photo on their doorstep) but the buyer claims they never got it, who pays for the lost goods?
Does it change the situation if signature is required?
What happens if they attempt to chargeback the transaction?
