Hi everyone, can you advise if all unlocked phone will works at Colombia? How I could know if the phone will receive the Colombia's wireless carriers?

Realicé un pago con mi tarjeta, recido en colombia y mi tarjeta es local... al realizar mi compra con tarjeta me dice que no es posible ya que solo es con tarjetas de credito de USA, y se vio reflejado en mi tarjeta como aprobado. que debo hacer? pense que dejaba comprar con tarjetas de credito.
