why are all 'unlocked' iphone 14s only compatible with Cricket
I have Ting mobile. I have been searching for an iphone 14, but in the 'unlocked' category the phones list Cricket or don't list any carrier at all. Why are these phones listed as unlocked if they are not compatible with any carrier or only compatible with Cricket?

The devices listed in the Unlocked carrier category here on Swappa are US factory unlocked devices bought directly from the OEM (Apple, Google, Samsung, etc). The information you also see with regards to Cricket is our system letting people know that these MVNOs (like Ting, Cricket, Metro, Visible) are also compatible with the device listed. It is more a helpful guide for users.
