What to do if buyer insists on returning item that is not defective?

I have this issue where I sold a phone that I tested entirely since I bought it (it was meant to be for myself). Buyer received the phone, confirmed it was good and as I had stated, rated me and now wants to return citing "grainy screen" issues (some S24Ultra units seem to have this issue but I tested the one I sold as mint condition). I don't feel this is fair to me as an individual seller as the unit is not defective, it works perfectly, it was received and evaluated by the buyer and he insists on returning it to me so I can refund him. I sold the unit because I had en emergency expense. Is PayPal dispute the only option should it come to that?

Did buyer provide photo evidence of the alleged damage?
