Locked out of buying??
Hello I am trying to buy a new phone and your website is broken and won't let me buy a phone. I have tried 2 working cards and this isn't going through?????????????

If checkout failed or did not fully complete on Swappa, any pending charges will return once your bank or card company allows. I'm afraid Swappa has no control on how long this may take.
If the pending charge does not resolve in a reasonable time, please reach out to your bank or card company and insist they resolve this.
