How much to unlock an IPad When I turn on it says “iPad disable connect to iTunes”

You need to connect it to a Windows PC or Mac with iTunes installed.
This can mean a number of things, but it may be that it is passcode locked and the password was tried too many times.
If you bought it from someone I would suggest contacting them, or try the above methods first.
What if dont have a window or Mac ,is there another way?
