Swappa not responding to emails
I ordered a phone that shipped out January 4 and the seller was fantastic. I have an issue with Swappa because we have not received the 3 month free trial from Mint Mobile that we selected at check out and it’s almost two weeks and my daughter can’t use her new phone because she doesn’t have service. I have sent Swappa two emails and they responded to neither of them. Any tips for getting a response?
