Purchase rejected but still charged.

My purchase is not showing in my purchase history. My card was charged. Should I dispute the charge and file a complaint with the bbb? As far as I can tell this is a common thing that swappa is doing nothing about. I'm having a hard time reaching any kind of support. Is there a phone number for swappa support? This was a time sensitive purchase.
