Return or trade in options
Hello I purchased a Galaxy flip Z5 recently. Unfortunately the phone has been locked to the US Cellular phone service and they are unable to unlock it without the original buyers permission. I would like to return this device, and purchase a similar device that is unlocked or can be unlocked to work with my carrier, T-Mobile. What steps do I need to take in order to trade-in or return this item because it is unfortunately unusable without the original buyers information.
