No confirmation email after purchase but I was charged
I bought a phone and the charge is pending on my card. However, I never received a confirmation email. I don't know if the purchase went through. I sent an email yesterday and still have not received a response. What can I do?

I also had this happen to me, and the computer I tried to buy is still listed for sale.

I am having the same thing happen to me now as well. I'm guessing this is the beginning of a Swappa technical issue. I have sent a support request to Swappa staff, but I do not anticipate being able to see a reply since I no longer receive emails from them for anything.

Same thing just happened to me an hour ago, I need help?
