First Time Seller
Just to be clear, there is no private message option…it’s called comment? Do I have to include invoice? Just want to make sure I am doing it right. I got PayPal notification so I am gonna send it out by Monday. Anyways, this is my first time ever reselling anything much less a Steam Deck. Posting wasn’t up for even 4 hrs.
The comment within your sale page is like a PM, except it's specific to that listing, so there's easier documentation, and Swappa staff can see the exchange clearly. You don't need to include an invoice, but you can if you want--- some sellers will print out the sale page and include it, some don't-- it's all up to preference.
