different names on Swappa and PayPal

I am suspicious of an international buyer that has sent payment with a PayPal account with someone else's name. The address is the same in PayPal and Swappa, however, and in the US.

Would it be best for me to cancel and refund? I don't want it to come back as unauthorized.
