I purchased a pixel 4a and it was my first order here. at the time of checkout there was an offer, free subscription of mint for 3 months with no extra fee. I took the offer and paid the total. But in my profile there is no mention/anything to track mint card. Is this normal? How does this work actually? I had the tracking id for the 4a.

The SIM card for Mint Mobile will come directly from Mint Mobile and not the seller. The SIM card will usually take 7 to 10 business days for Mint Mobile to process, ship, and deliver to you at the address you used during checkout.

How do I find out when my phone is shipped

All details can be found on the private sale page of a listing that was purchased. This private sale page information was emailed to you when the device was purchased. An email from Swappa will have a big green button in the middle of it.
When you click that big green button, it takes you the private sale page where buyer and seller can communicate using the comments section. Also there is a breakdown of payment details as well as the shipping section here the sellers are required to upload tracking.
