Is there a new sellers guide posted anywhere?
I have questions about how to calculate the shipping charge so that I can add it to the asking price in the posting.

One of the easiest ways to go shipping are flat rate boxes with USPS. You can go into a USPS and pick up a box for free that would match the size of the device you are shipping. That box has a shipping price tied to it regardless of the weight of the box. While there you can also inquire about signature delivery and insurance cost on the package.
