Do not purchase from Cheap Phones, USA!
Although the phone I purchased on 5/21/23 was defective (defective ear speaker), Cheap Phones, USA would not refund me. They claimed the back glass and screen was damaged. The phone was not damaged when I returned it in bubble wrap. Unfortunately, it is my word against Cheap Phones, USA. Be warned!

Hi! We received the device with a broken screen and back glass because the device was not shipped in any packaging else than a thin sleeve.
Furthermore, we already had compensated you for previous interactions with free accessories that were not returned.
Returns are accepted when received in the original condition. Sorry for any misunderstanding!
The defective phone was returned in the same packaging in which it was mailed to me. It should not have been sold with a defective ear speaker in the first place. Do not buy from Cheap Phones, USA if you expect a refund!
The device was not inside of its bubble wrap sleeve and the protective cardboard inserts were not included as well.
