How to return?
I received the item ordered and it was as described. I was very happy with the purchase until I discovered that it was a duplicate graduation gift. Our Ukrainian exchange daughter's boyfriend got her a newer model than the 7 series we bought. I need to return the watch for a full credit. How do I proceed?

All details can be found on the private sale page of a listing that was purchased.
This private sale page information was emailed to you when the device was purchased. An email from Swappa will have a big green button in the middle of it. When you click that big green button, it takes you the private sale page where buyer and seller can communicate using the comments section.
