Courier Company Delivered Package but Buyer Claims Non-receipt

I recently sold an item on Swappa and shipped it using a well-known courier company. However, the buyer has reported that they never received the item. I've checked the tracking information and it shows that the item was delivered. I've contacted the courier company and they say they delivered it to the correct address. Has anyone had a similar experience? How did you resolve the issue with the courier company? the company name is https://stcouriertracking.com/

I'm a buyer and I have used Swappa 5 times in last few years and I ordered airpod pro 2 last week, I contact seller about not receiving the package or any updates or tracking information about the item since purchase, the seller reads tracking info and reply the item was delivered, forwards me the tracking number to check, item was not received

I’m dealing with that mess right now. The buyer waited 15 days to report that they never received their package. Now I’m having to fight with PayPal!
