Do I have to pay taxes even if I am moving my purchases from the United States to another country?

Yes. Marketplace Facilitator taxes are written differently from state income and federal income taxes. The tax is based on the package delivery address of the buyer in the US or based on the seller's address if the buyer and seller are in the same state.
