Purchased a smartwatch but buyer not responding

Does swappa offer any support for buyers who have made a good faith purchase on their site but have not received the purchased product? The terms say the sale will automatically complete after 30 days of no response from the buyer but there don’t seem to be any protection for the buyer if the product is not provided by the seller. Can anyone please help?

Hey, what happen? I just want to know if you got this resolved. So many sketchy listings that are obviously from a businesses on here now not really confident in purchasing from them.
