How long should someone take to provide feedback so a sale can be completed?
Her on Swappa feedback is not enforced by staff members. After 30 days if the buyer has not completed the sale, the sale will be auto completed by our system.
What our bigger sellers do is to comment on the private sale page requesting feedback from their buyer and ask if they are satisfied with their purchase.
