Featured listings should be limited to 1 per seller per SKU

Or the featured fee should be variable based on your listing's placement/position from top.

I paid for a featured listing when there were only 5 listings for my item. Since then, a few large corporate sellers have flooded the category with used/refurbished junk, promoting every one of their listings to featured & pushing mine down to the 20th+ position.

In contrast, I'm trying to sell a new device. While I try to be competitive on price - and even that's difficult competing with corporate sellers - I can't price a new device below a fair condition refurb. (When selling used devices I would try to match the lowest few prices where possible.) And it's not fair that 2 or 3 corporate sellers should be allowed to flood the category with near-identical featured listings.
