enterprise seller?
how can i send a message/offer to an enterprise seller? it says comments are disabled at this time. is that mean, i can't make an offer?

Swappa doesn't support leaving comments on Enterprise Seller listings, as they move so many devices that it would be nearly impossible for them to keep up with any comments.

So how are we supposed to ask questions about an item from an Enterprise seller. I want to buy an item but first I want to ask how is the battery health as it is not mentioned in the ad description. I think it is the buyer's right to be able to ask questions before placing an order, right?
