Vacation hold for listings?

Can I make listed items inactive if I'm unavailable to ship something that sells? or can I hide the listings until I return?

Great question! Swappa's shipping policy states that, "With standard shipping, sellers are required to ship within two business days after the date they receive their payment." However, if you are expecting to be out of town and unable to ship the device within two business days in accordance with our shipping policy, we recommend contacting our 24/7 support team at [email protected] From there, support will be able to hold your listing until you are back. This saves you the trouble of having to cancel a listing and remake it all over again when you return, and Swappa support will be happy to accommodate your request!
