Dear sellers, From personal observation and actual discussion with other buyers, I can tell you the #1 question we want answered ASAP is BATTERY HEALTH! This is not a subjective assessment (“the battery works great”) but a real number shown as a percentage when you go to Settings—>Battery—>Battery Health.

If you post a photo of the display showing this screen, your customers can see right away and don’t have to post the question and wait for your response. Saves us all time!

This number helps us as buyers determine for ourselves the value of the phone. For some, it’s not a priority but for others it is important. I’m really surprised Swappa doesn’t require it as an element of the listing along with condition and capacity.

Agreed- we use software that displays the battery health and a lot of other info about the phone. Saves a lot of time not having to set up the phone to the point you can see BH on the screen.

How to show the battery health on a factory reset Pixel phone? All that show when turning phone on is the "Welcome to your Pixel" get started screen with a battery charge level in the upper right.

I just erased/reset my old phone. In order to see the Battery Health number, it looks like I'm going to have to go through Setup again.

There's no way around that, is there?

Also, although I have figured out how to reply to other people's postings, I cannot find the button for starting a post of my own.

Can an iphone be listed as mint (perfect condition on the exterior with no imperfections) but have a battery health less than 100%?

Pic of battery health should be required or at least stated in description. I am currently looking to purchase specific phone with specific criteria. It would be helpful for me if I could post what I am looking for in a "wanted" listing

i agree with above, battery health should be a must. but also stating the amount of time usage of a phone they are selling; especially if the phone is near mint, or mint, important to not label it as mint if the phone has been used for months. questioned someone the other day, and they dint bother selling the phone(cancelled the listing) after questioning it.
