Factory reset two step verification
Wen I factory data reset my phone it went to put my PIN number in before I could sign into my Google account is there anyway I can get past this I forgot my pin number
Sounds like you triggered the Android FRP lock, by factory resetting it via the Android Recovery menu instead of doing it the normal way, via Settings. On the screen where it asks you to verify your PIN, there should be a button that says "Use My Google Account Instead" - you can use that option if you don't remember your PIN
