I am looking to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S9 and in the description it states LCD Burn. What does that mean?

Swappa allows sellers to list devices with minor burn-in or a few dead pixels, as long as it doesn't interfere with the ability to actually use the device and view content on the screen. We also require sellers to disclose this (and any other damage) in the "Damage Description" box within the listing.
If you would like to know more about screen burn-in for a particular item, please leave a comment on that listing and ask the seller to describe the extent of the damage.
