Are modded graphics cards with aftermarket coolers allowed to be sold (with appropriate disclosures) on the platform?

We just require that:
- The card is fully functional (i.e. all features still work, and the card doesn't overheat while running a game or benchmark)
- The modification doesn't negatively impact the structural integrity of the card
- The modification is clearly disclosed in the listing text
