Has anyone had "return" issues with GPU's

Thanks for bringing this up! Buyer chargebacks and unscrupulous GPU returns are major issues in most online marketplaces. However, Swappa has several measures in place to prevent this.

Problems like what you described are generally the result of a miscommunication between the buyer and seller -- namely eBay sellers who forget to mark a particular GPU as LHR (short for Lite Hash Rate).

Swappa prevents this by requiring sellers to label items with the appropriate model and variant information when creating a listing. In other words, LHR cards are clearly marked in the listing title and listings are reviewed by Swappa Staff before they go live, so buyers know what they're getting.

In addition to our detailed product catalog, Swappa only allows returns for defective items or when listing descriptions are inaccurate. It is up to the seller whether they allow returns for buyer's remorse.

So if a product is sold as an LHR model and this is clearly indicated in the listing, the buyer cannot return it due to hash rate concerns.

This is great to no thank you. I wasn't sure exactly what the criteria was for these as I didn't even know I could sell one here until recently. I usually use this for phones and consoles.
