New buyer question

Hi, sorry Im new to Swappa. My question is when looking at buying a phone in the listing it states "no charger required "or "no manuals required"? Does this mean the phone comes with these items? TIA for your help!

Hey there, and thank you for checking out Swappa!

Only phones sold as "New" are required to include the charger, power cord, retail packaging, and manuals.

If a phone is listed as "Mint," "Good," or "Fair," it is up to the seller as to whether it comes with these accessories. So make sure to check the specific listing you're interested in, and leave a comment on the listing page if you still have questions.

No matter what, tech has to work in order to be sold on Swappa. For phones, this means it has to be fully functional, have no screen cracks or water damage, and be ready for activation.

You can learn more on our Product Condition Requirements page.
