what does it mean when a listing is expired?
Hey there!
Listings on Swappa are automatically configured to expire 10 days from when they are created. In other words, if you create a listing and it doesn't sell within 10 days, it will automatically expire.
However, sellers can extend a listing for free by going to the listing page before it expires and clicking the Extend Listing button near the top of the page.
Sellers can keep extending listings free of charge for 60 days -- at which point, a new listing (with new photos) is required in order to ensure it's still in the same physical condition.
