Good day,
Where can I find phone chips for Nokia 3.1 plus?
The phone blacked out atfer a restart attemp.
The pc is getting connection response.
The phone is failing to start and has mo display response.
The local repairer is saying it is problem with handware.

I am sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with your Nokia 3.1 Plus. Being without your phone is never fun.
Without seeing the phone in person, it's hard to diagnose what's wrong with it. But since you already took it to a repair shop and they said that there is a hardware problem, and given that you are unable to start the phone or get a display response, that sounds likely.
Personally, I don't think it makes sense to spend money repairing the phone since replacement is likely cheaper: Nokia 3.1 Plus Prices. That said, this could also be an opportunity to get a good deal on a slightly newer unlocked phone instead.
