The phone is in excellent condition, although the screen is not an Apple product. It appears to be functioning well. Please note that a charger cord is not included, which is a minor inconvenience for a former Android user like myself.

Sale was smooth, however, I definitely should have read the return policy as the device that was shipped was not in Mint condition. The back plate popped off & the battery life was no where near the 87% claimed. I would not recommend doing business with this seller.

Good value and phone was exactly as described. It is now activated and enabled with carrier and the person I bought it for is happy. I had one question about an error message that turned out to be spurious, seller responded quickly and helpfully.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from the day you receive the device, based on the tracking delivery date.
• Items will be exchanged for any functionality issues reported within the 30-day period. In case of return, please allow us 2 business working days to inspect the device before issuing a replacement or refund.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart), a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
• The warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart) or damaged externally or internally by the purchaser.
• Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept returns solely due to the presence of replacement parts.
Please note that any functional problems should be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
