Device was “good” condition, but poorly refurbished and has basically bricked after only 5 months. The camera was loose inside, and pieces were moving around and damaging the motherboard. The device is now useless! What a waste of over $300.
I received the Iphone14 Red as promised. There was some confusion with the shipping delay. But the seller was prompt in responding and resolving the issue quickly.

Everything thing came as described but make sure to buy a charging cable if you don't have one for whatever device you are purchasing.
There is a comment in the system that the screen is not OEM, but functionally it seems to be working fine now. Originally screen was not working. Hard software reset resolved this and phone has functioned fine for past 24 hours.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from the day you receive the device, based on the tracking delivery date.
• Items will be exchanged for any functionality issues reported within the 30-day period. In case of return, please allow us 2 business working days to inspect the device before issuing a replacement or refund.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart), a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
• The warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart) or damaged externally or internally by the purchaser.
• Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept returns solely due to the presence of replacement parts.
Please note that any functional problems should be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
