Great customer service! Originally got a defective phone, but Deal Depot was more than happy to accommodate me and made sure to send out a new device ASAP. I appreciate everything they did to help fix the situation.
They sent me a phone that didn’t work with most chargers. So when I sent it back for an exchange, they shipped the same phone. Don’t know if they did that on accident or purpose. After I told them that, they sent me a phone that worked but it had a good dent on the top. It’s still a good phone just maybe not the same quality I thought I was getting and they were quick to message me to help me.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from the day you receive the device, based on the tracking delivery date.
• Items will be exchanged for any functionality issues reported within the 30-day period. In case of return, please allow us 2 business working days to inspect the device before issuing a replacement or refund.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart), a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
• The warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart) or damaged externally or internally by the purchaser.
• Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept returns solely due to the presence of replacement parts.
Please note that any functional problems should be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
