Slight hiccup with phone, seller made it right quickly and with no hassle. A+
The seller sent me a white phone instead of the green one I ordered, with missing screws at the bottom. The display is also incompatible with the phone, as shown in its repair history.Now i want to return it and please, provide me the steps and Process of returning,

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from the day you receive the device, based on the tracking delivery date.
• Items will be exchanged for any functionality issues reported within the 30-day period. In case of return, please allow us 2 business working days to inspect the device before issuing a replacement or refund.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart), a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
• The warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart) or damaged externally or internally by the purchaser.
• Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept returns solely due to the presence of replacement parts.
Please note that any functional problems should be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
