No problems with sale or phone. Everything is fine so far.
Fast shipping and the phone is in the condition as stated.
This is NOT a mint condition iPhone. The screen does register as authentic Apple hardware, the is clearly not Apple hardware from looking at the screen, and it wasn't even installed properly as the top right corner is not firmly set into the phone and bends. There are also scratches to the edges of the phone. I am thoroughly disappointed and will return this. Normally I have good experiences on Swappa - this was not one of them.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days from the day you receive the device, based on the tracking delivery date.
• Items will be exchanged for any functionality issues reported within the 30-day period. In case of return, please allow us 2 business working days to inspect the device before issuing a replacement or refund.
• If the item is not in stock, a refund will be processed.
• For buyer’s remorse (change of heart), a refund will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
• The warranty is voided for any devices that are opened (taken apart) or damaged externally or internally by the purchaser.
• Devices may have replacement parts. We do not accept returns solely due to the presence of replacement parts.
Please note that any functional problems should be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
