Received very quickly and in excellent condition!
Seller sent a phone that was SIM locked and could not be used. I returned the phone. The seller signed for the phone but no refund came through. I waited a few days then wrote asking for the refund, and was told they were "working on processing it" and that it should take 24-48 hours. Three days later, I saw that the seller had marked the sale as "failed", but still hadn't processed the refund. I wrote and asked for the refund again. I finally got it on the fourth day, a week after the item was returned. Jesus Christ, this is not a good seller.
Initially I was skeptical because the seller sent me a blocked device not compatible with T-Mobile sim cards. However, after some excellent customer service they sent me a new device that works 100% and was as described. Great seller.
