The phone was shipped fast, and was in excellent condition. However I felt their customer service was sub par because I asked about a charger being included and because I got back to them a day later, they didn't think to include a charger. I mean I'm buying an iphone, chances are I don't have an extra one around, but that is my only vice.

The screen has been replaced with a cheap LCD glass. Poorer-Quality LCD Panels
The image quality of the LCD panel is very bad and it has issues like:-
Weaker brightness, contrast and vibrancy
Much lower resolution, and resulting “coarse” appearance
Reduced refresh rate
