Headset connector is basic accessory but was missing, iPhone was working but after iOS update to 13.1.1 it could not be activated.
It shows: "No Service" and iTunes could not activate despite it is unlocked.
I have to take it to Apple store but I am very disappointed.

While there were certainly some positive aspects to this transaction, overall I am disappointed because of two things: While they claimed to have tested the device thoroughly, both the battery and the earpiece speaker malfunctioned. The battery would not hold a charge for more than 90minutes. They were great in that they replaced it, but I had to send it back and wait a couple of days. Once it powered on properly, I discovered that the earpiece is either damaged or just dirty - neither are things I should have to deal with on a 'tested' device. This was marketed as being in Grade A condition.

Its a good phone but i wanna know if it is still waterproof or not
