I would not recommend buying from this seller. I had an issue with the phone and requested a return for a refund. The seller responded with probing questions three times before offering an address to return the phone to. I shipped the phone back, which arrived on a Monday. It took several messages from me and eventually one from the Swappa staff before the seller would process my refund. It took over a week after receiving the phone for the seller to process my refund.
The phone arrived in great condition and the seller was very polite!

We include free 2-day shipping for all small consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables, etc). Larger products are sent via ground shipping. We ship all orders the same day if placed before 2PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time ship out the following business day.

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all devices we sell. This warranty covers defects only and does not cover damage. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
