Recommend a little bit more details about any dings/damage that might be considered more than normal wear and tear (slight frame bend, for example) but overall great sale.

Phone arrived in a timely manner and the phone was as described. Phone did not come with a charger which was also as expected. No additional communication was necessary, phone was ordered on Thursday night and arrived the following Monday.

Shipping Policies

We include free 2-day shipping for all small consumer electronics (phones, tablets, wearables, etc). Larger products are sent via ground shipping. We ship all orders the same day if placed before 2PM EST. Orders placed after the cut off time ship out the following business day.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all devices we sell. This warranty covers defects only and does not cover damage. We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.
