Great seller.

I am sorry about the confusion. I found out that the phone was not stolen. However, each time i took it into the sprint store they told me it was because they were getting an error message. The problem was not that the phone was stolen as they were telling me but the phone has previously been used by T-Mobile. I finally got to a Sprint store with someone helpful. They called the Sprint IT people and the had to something called a click it ticket to get my phone back on Sprints network. The process took 72 hours but now it works and I am using it just fine. Sorry again about all the confusion and time it took to get back to you. Thanks

The seller is responsible, and professional. I received an item with a small problem and he was happy to replace it. I got a replacement and it works great!
