1st time purchasing from Swappa - this dealer was straight forward with cell phone description and provided accurate pictures. Rated a 4 - I did not see an option allowing me to change the mailing address to my work, thought I could do this after purchasing. Instead I read that there would be no changes after purchase. This apparently is a Swappa rule - should have seen this prior to purchase. Cell phone arrived wrapped appropriately and within a few days. Would purchase from buy again!

Seller shipped the phone exceptionally quickly and packaged it very securely. Upon unboxing, there was a non-trivial blemish that wasn't represented in the photos but otherwise the device was as described. While the device overall is in excellent condition, the fact that it wasn't called out caught me by surprise and soured the sale a bit.

Overall I'm satisfied with the experience, but would ask for more comprehensive views of the device on a future sale.
