The Galaxy S5 arrived quickly and in good condition. It was claimed to be in mint condition and it was, aside from a tiny mark on the back. The phone seems to be the genuine article and all has been working fine. The reason I docked one star is that I noticed the screen lifting a bit on one side, and it moves there a bit when pressed. It appears that this phone has been repaired with a new screen, new glass, or something of the sort, and the adhesive used to reattach the screen has partly come loose. I thought about buying one of the laser cut gaskets or some glue to redo this myself, but ended up just sticking the phone in an Otterbox case, which squeezes everything tight anyway. I am not going to worry about it. The water-sealing on the phone is probably not good though. Overall, I am mostly happy with the purchase.

The first phone I received had charging issues. The seller (Hi-Tech Repairs) paid for it to be sent back and promptly refunded my payment to the credit card. I subsequently purchased another Galaxy S5 phone from him and so far it's working as it should. I understand things occasionally go wrong. The measure of a good business is the extent it goes to make things right. This business followed through. I would buy from them again.

This seller is a liar and a thief. Don't buy from them! The phone was a poorly refurbished piece of junk and despite my best protests the seller has not done anything to fix this. They refused to honor the 30 day guarantee and cheated me and my wife. I've wasted hours protesting the payment because the seller never tried to make things right. Never buy from these guys!
